Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and AllaKore LTDA ("Frame Forge", "we", "us") for using the Frame Forge desktop app and this website. By signing in, starting a trial or buying a licence, you agree to them.

The service

Frame Forge is a desktop app for Windows and macOS that generates additional frames in real time for games you already own. This site is where you sign in, start a trial, and buy a licence; the app itself is downloaded and run on your own machine.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Frame Forge or buy a licence.

Your account

You sign in with your Google, Apple or Microsoft account; we never see or store a password of yours. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your sign-in provider secure. You can review and revoke any device signed in to your account, and delete your account entirely, from your account page at any time.

Licence

A Frame Forge purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription: it buys a personal, non-transferable licence to run the app, tied to your account rather than to one machine. Before buying, you can try the app free for 2 days with no card required. We may reasonably limit how many devices can be signed in to one account at a time.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute or resell Frame Forge, or circumvent any technical measure that protects it.

Payment

A purchase made on this site is processed by Stripe; we never handle your card details ourselves, and the price shown here is the live price Stripe charges at checkout.

A purchase made through the Mac App Store is processed by Apple through In-App Purchase instead, at the price the App Store shows for your storefront. We never receive or handle your card details for that purchase either: Apple's own systems process the payment, and all we learn about it is the transaction identifier we use to grant your account the licence.

The Microsoft Store version

The copy of Frame Forge distributed through the Microsoft Store is licensed to you under these terms, and is installed and updated by the Microsoft Store. Microsoft does not sell the licence for it: you buy it on this site, through Stripe, exactly as described above, and Microsoft takes no part in that payment or in refunding it.

The Mac App Store version

The copy of Frame Forge distributed through the Mac App Store is licensed to you under Apple's own Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/macapps/stdeula/) as well as under these terms. Where the two conflict for that copy, Apple's agreement controls what it is required to control, for example the warranty Apple itself provides; these terms otherwise continue to govern your account, this site, and everything about Frame Forge that Apple's agreement does not.

Withdrawal and refunds

A purchase made through the Mac App Store is refunded by Apple, not by us: Apple is the merchant of record for it and holds the payment throughout, so request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple's own refund policy, which is also how a Brazilian consumer exercises the withdrawal right described below for that purchase. We are not able to refund it directly ourselves.

If you are a consumer buying from Brazil, Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) gives you seven calendar days from your purchase to withdraw and get a full refund, no questions asked. For a purchase made on this site, including one made to use the Microsoft Store version, exercise that right by writing to us. Outside that window, purchases are final: we do not offer refunds, and deleting your account forfeits the licence tied to it without a refund.

Acceptable use

Use Frame Forge only for games and in ways that do not break the rules the game itself, its publisher or its anti-cheat software set for you; we are not responsible for what a game or its publisher does in response to your use of Frame Forge. Some anti-cheat software may flag the combination of screen reading and an on-screen overlay, so use it at your own judgment in games where that matters to you.

Intellectual property

Frame Forge, its name and its software are the property of AllaKore LTDA. These terms give you a licence to use the app; they do not transfer any ownership of it to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Frame Forge is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it; nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending your access

You can stop using Frame Forge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for example by breaching the acceptable use or licence sections above.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, let you know through the site or your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute arising from them will be brought before the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
